Lannia posts a notice at the Anchor for passing adventurers that she has happened upon a nice set of leather armor. She leaves a bidding sheet by a description of the armor.

"Seems there is no interest in this armor," She frowns a bit, "Hmm, I suppose I will put it back in storage."
She leaves a note that the item is still available, but any interested party will need to leave a message with John or Swabbie at the Last Anchor.
