HIPS /Assassin Crossbow sniper build anyone ?

Hello ! Can anyone suggest a good / power build for crossbow sniper ?
Preferably a dwarf, have HIPS/Assassin.
Is Bard the way to go or something else ?
Does Arcane Archer prc work with Crossbows ?

No. And definitely not with dwarf.
There are many ways to build great crossbow snipers, though. I know ranger22/assassin8 (or 21/9) is fantastic, for instance. Especially against the favoured enemies.
Bard23/fighter4/shadowdancer3 is another good choice.
Fighter12/elemental archer5 is a good start for any crossbow sniper too. Indeed fighter4, 8 or 12 are all good things to put into an archer build.
Ranger13/fighter4/assassin8/elemental archer5 would probably work quite well. Similar to the actual archer build of ranger13/fighter4/assassin8/arcane archer5 for elves, but here you could probably go for crossbow sniper instead.
Crossbows are for peasants, though.

So i was looking and i found this one. Take a look. Is there any way to improve on that considering i'll take Shield Dwarf.

They don't get imp critical crossbow in that build so i'd probably replace blind fight with IMP Crit.
But class wise is there a better option with keeping 9 Assassin Levels ?
