Soubar - Selling Planar Knowledge and Magical Focuses.

There are rumors in Soubar that a man going by the name of Raven has been binding different planar beings some of them being quite unique! People are saying he's willing to trade the knowledge and the magical focuses needed to bind these beings to others interested in the planes.

A dashing looking fellow approaches, a male human of Calim descent, dressed in fine furs and jeweled silks. He offers a sincere smile and waits to speak to the gentleman in turn.

"I would like to discuss more details about these.. planar beings, as you call them. My benefactor would be interested in trade, and surely has rare goods that would interest one of your caliber.. but would your offerings interest him? Hmm."

He looks around to others in the market.

"I would like to know greater detail, and following study I will create a custom offering of weapons and artifacts worth their price. But first, the details."

He awaits the man's reply.

Every blade is useful if you know how to use it. In the right hands it will be no more or no less effective than other blade. Yet this is the blade i'm looking for.
