Study Spell not working

Hello,

I created a new wizard and purchased some normal in-game scrolls and tried to learn them.

1 clicked the Study Spell Feat
2 clicked the scroll. it said "upon next use of the items you will earn it"
3 used scroll on another scroll, was told I know now 1 spell.

Opened my spellbook but the spell was not there. Tried re-logging and it didn't fix it.

I clicked count spells and it said I know 21 spells (all my starting spells).

I tried learning another spell and the same thing happened but it said I now know 2 spells.

I asked two other Wizards OOC and they said they learned spells today and it did not work either.
