So ,anyting changed about Expose Weakness feat? Now they dont work whit bow equiped but work whit heavy mace equiped!!!
It was ok before the last maintenence!

Expose Weakness can't be used with a ranged weapon. That has always been that way as far as I know. It should work with a heavy mace (or any melee weapon, or gloves) just fine.

so, they worked before last maintenance! And the feat does not say it does not work whit a bow...

EW has never worked with ranged weaponry, even in vanilla. If for some reason it was working at any point that was a bug.

ok i understand but where you see in description , they dont work on bow?

They said ( if an attack hits) ...

The description in vanilla was written by obsidian, not bgtscc. We have addressed some explosive bugs (auto hit), but have never planned or stayed we would make it work on ranged weapons.

EW never worked with ranged weapons. Not in the vanilla game, not in the bg nor anywhere else

So what are you guys saying, EW has never worked with ranged weapons, not even a bow?

I can certainly understand your frustration. However, this is a 12 year old game and there are MANY things which are undocumented/hard coded or documented incorrectly by the original developer... While we do try to address documentation issues, all of our developers are volunteers. Perhaps one of them can update the in game description to call out that it does not work on ranged weapons.

If you just took this feat at your last level up you can ask a DM to delevel you. They will set you to 1XP from level up so you can take a different feat without having to lose 50% of your XP to RCR. Best of luck, in any case.
