Random Facial Hair Problem

I couldn't find the exact section to post this in, but the problem likely originally arose from some headgear so I'm posting it here until someone can tell me a better place to make this thread.
Today I discovered that when I have my helmet off on my Tiefling sneak, Morich Marz, he has this terrible looking mustache w/ Goatee that he very much did NOT have at character creation. Must be a pretty new development actually. It is off color from the rest of his hair and in general just looks awful. Any way I can get a fix for this?
