Enchanted Greatsword for sale

Passing through Baldur's gate, you see a gnome sitting outside Maltz's weapon shop. He's holding a shoddy wooden sign that says "for sale" with a nasty looking large sword across his lap.
"PST! c'mere! Ol' Maltz wont let me in his shop to sell this bad boy and if he knows I'm out here messin' up his business he'd surely give me the boot! hurry and take a look!"
The gnome tells you a bit about the sword:
"Well, are ya interested? If ya are I'll write down yer name. I'm taking the best offer within 3 days or if its good enough I'll just sell it to ya right now."
