TLK Instruments not working properly

Some days ago the TLK instruments stopped working properly for me.
First of all, equipped instruments won't load until I have switched several times between weapon and instrument.
When they do, many bugs are occurring:
1) Cannot change either key (A, B, C, etc) or mode (major/minor)
2) Tracks often reset the tempo to 60
3) I cannot use loops ( for instance "|: NOTES :|x2|") anymore. If I do, my character won't learn the track.
4) If I use Autohotkey program to insert a long series of notes (instead of writing them note by note, as it takes ages to do) the track will not be learnt.
5) Sometimes tracks won't be learnt even in case of notes inserted manually one by one
6) Easy Mode button not working
SIDE NOTE: When I buy instruments at the vendor close to the Baldur's Gate graveyard, the TLK instruments in his inventory are duplicated: two drums, two lutes, etc.
