I really think that its an unhealthy situation when a fighter with 30 BAB and 14 STR modifier is absolutely defenseless against this spell.

Despite starting in a tongue in cheek way this is actually a pretty productive thread, I can't promise everything here will get balanced (since that's a question of developer manpower and time) but I like the list so far.
I'd like to hear what else people think is severely out of whack (be it vanilla or BG NWN2 mechanics).
