Make Greater rainbow beam/blast work for reserve rune feats.

Already works with the single target reserve feats but does not seem to work for the runes. Really should work with all.
Well...
If you take all five with five feats, you could in theory blast them one after the another. Basically you would have infinite casts of 18d4 or 8d4 AoE damage per round. The feats are not that big of an issue for a single class wizard... Who could get some proper Spell Focuses on top of it. You know, with those wizard bonus feats at level 5, 10, 15 and 20.
For example, you got a host of summons to pin down your enemy and then you just blast the small AoE effect to deal extra damage.
It doesn't sound that great... to be honest. But then again it will work on this server...
