Uruk Lurra Caravan UpD-Surface

Two things.
1: the script for going down asks if you want to go to the surface when you are heading to the UpD. speaker says the correct thing on the way up from the UpD to surface.
2: the transition using this same caravan will not allow Tans to use. prohibits. i think it should be an open transition with a warning that is given there and once you pass the fenses. there are rules in place that do not allow for non orcs to go into UL without a sponsor. i assume that covers the UpD portion of UL as well as the surface.
