playing a bard, already got me the song of requim.
a lot of custom changes to the server, have looked high and low, apologize if i missed it anyway, are the requirements to picking hymn of requim: 21 bard levels, song of requim and 30 ranks in perform (meaning earliest at level 27)?

The requirements for hymn are very slightly changed, not needing bard 21 anymore but only song of requiem and 30 perform.
And the requirements for song of requiem are 20 bard songs (and not bard 21 anymore), epic level, and 24 perform.
