Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Picked up a cursed amulet last week, it was copper necklace -1 str. Multiple remove curse spells later and the thing was still cursed. tried changing name, wearing it, etc, etc. Made no difference.

DM removed the item and said it was plot and cursed and I should report it here.

Also found a quarter staff with extra barbarian spell slots on it.

Were you casting Remove Curse on yourself, or on the item?

Another player was casting it on me. Which is what I previously did with other curses to remove them.

Occasionally, you have to put the item into the first inventory space, for a remove curse spell to work.
(Had this happen twice in a couple of years now.)

I always put them in the first slots of the bags to have it work.
