Wild Elves

I know Wild Elves are probably an underappreciated race, but looking at them in character creation I wonder if they are so underappreciated that nobody ever noticed the hot mess that is. 
So.. first I'd have to ask if there's a reason they don't have access to Xaltar's Heads, they have a very limited selection. But first and foremost, a lot of hairstyles are completely bugged:
