Problem picking ArchMage

Ive had the feat to let me do it for 2 levels but every time level up it grayed out still as option.Am I missing something? are is class locked out at moment>
The Archmage qualification feat is granted to your character when you have 2 different spell focii, but that alone does not let you choose the class.
You also require Skill Focus: Spellcraft, in addition to 15 base ranks in Lore: Arcana, Spellcraft and 7th level spellcasting (min 13 wizard/ 14 sorcerer). Only then can you choose Archmage as a class.
