Mark Rune and teleportation list inconsistencies

Mark Rune is not saving locations on my character, I marked 10 yesterday, and 0 of the 10 have saved. I've marked two today, and they both saved, but a third, did not, just outside Sshamath in Veralla's passage. Anyone else having problems with it?
