Shadow weave VFX Toggle missing

Not sure if this was removed on purpose however since i RCR my shadow adept i have been unable to locate the menu that allowed me to turn on/off the shadow weave particle effect. and because he has been remade i no longer have the effect on.

I know this option was given to us some time ago to help prevent meta gaming but i have been unable to locate the option with a few people telling me its been removed.

If this is the case and it cant be replaced i would like to have the Shadow Weave VFX permanently made active on my character if possible.

As I suggested in Discord, the best way to return this functionality might be to hook the original script/conversation to the Shadow Weave User feat itself, which can then toggle the VFX on/off with a simple drag & drop clicky.

The original options menu was removed due to conflicts with the recently added Conditional Examine.
