Skeleton Tomb in Graveyards is bugged

I cannot leave the tomb in Skeleton Tomb in the CR1 Graveyard.

hit the transition, it works usually - but can be tricky to target.

For those you can't click on, you sometimes have to use the WASD keys to force your character to walk on the transition. That'll help.
