The reason I left BG.....

There was really one main reason I have departed...
This little guy FINALLY entered the world Monday night, and everyone is doing wonderfully, overcoming some complications that had occurred. Baby will be allowed to come home Thursday, as he is still being observed to make sure he's okay. Little guy has some lungs on him, and his first act coming into this world, even before he cried, was to poop on the delivery doctor. Yep. That's my boy. His young and nerdy Nan Nan (what the doctor dubbed me) is ready to spoil him.Between full time grad school, taking care of this angel, and a bit more, RL is just too much fun and busy. I love it. I hope you all are having a wonderful, blessed time! <3

Congrats. I had mine in February. Yes at first, your time will be cut down for any you time. But it does get a bit easier. I am sure you will be back. Maybe not in the same frequency, but you will be back, I am sure.

With three of my own I can say this.. we always look forward to the "Firsts". The first smile, the first time they sleep through the night! The first time they crawl or walk... Just remember there are also Last Times... cherish them all.

Wonderful news! Thanks for the update.
Welcome to parent world. Where the brochures were definitely embellished, and where you pine for the days of being able to poop by yourself without having someone cry at the door.
Completely misunderstood the relation... Nan.
Great to hear he made his mark on the world (aka doctor) so early on. He'll do great things.
