Uncanny dodge on a wisdom monk?

Based on conversation in this thread viewtopic.php?f=443&t=67544 I’m wondering how important is uncanny dodge for a wisdom monk? Where does a monks AC bonus and wisdom bonus sit as far as AC type is concerned? Are they dodge AC or untyped and thus unable to be removed by flatfootedness?
Any thoughts as to its usefulness to a wis monk?

Edit: Note, I am not suggesting monks get this feat. Rather, is it worth multiclassing to get it or buying the robe that grants the feat?

Would think it depends on your Dex. score.

My dex is 18 and I have tumble (30) and dodge +4 boots. Does this mean I stand to lose 11AC? Or do I lose my monk and wisdom AC also (another 17 AC)? 11AC is already a big loss and possibly justifies getting Uncanny Dodge imo.

http://nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Flat-foot has a good explanation.
A character or creature that is caught unawares or otherwise unprepared is considered to be flat-footed. A flat-footed character loses his dexterity, dodge, and tumble bonuses to armor class (AC) and cannot make attacks of opportunity, cannot make a defensive roll, and cannot deflect arrows. Furthermore, flat-footed characters are candidates for a sneak attack or death attack.

The uncanny dodge feat allow retention of the dexterity AC bonus when flat-footed, but dodge and tumble bonuses are still lost (as is the ability to make attacks of opportunity, etc.).
In case of your monk, i say the loss of 4 AC is neglectable
