Blindfight and Uncanny Dodge and Blindsight

For all the mechanics gurus out there:
If I already have Uncanny Dodge, does Blindfight become redundant in defense against melee attacks from sneak/invisble?
Tried to correlate the info from wiki and posts, and this is how I understand it so far:
- Uncanny Dodge allows to keep Dex, Tumble, and Dodge AC (conflicting text here suggesting only Dex AC is kept per feat description)
- Blindfight prevents the +2 AB AND flat-foot bonuses (Dex, Tumble and Dodge AC) from a sneak/invis attacker (does this actually work as stated?)
Assuming this is correct, someone with Uncanny Dodge would still benefit from Blindfight because of the +2 AB bonus negation, but it basically makes Uncanny Dodge redundant, assuming Blindfight already covers all the benefits of Uncanny Dodge?
Any definitive/tested explanation?
P.S. Related question: Does the spell Blindsight basically give the same effects as the Blindfight feat?
Thanks for any insights!
