Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I've just rebuilt my Techsmith of Gond, and for some reason the Techsmith qualification feat hasn't been applied to them. I've tried resting and relogging in various combinations, before and after a reset.

The character has 7 levels in Cleric, 6 ranks in Craft (Alchemy), Craft (Weapons), and Craft (Armor) each, both Craft Wondrous Item and Skill Focus (Craft [Alchemy]), and Gond as their deity. From my understanding, that would qualify them for the feat (and it has been automatically applied to them with similar qualifications before rebuild).

I used the exact same name. However, I waited until after a reset in order to remake the character, since I know some scripts can get funky if you remake under the same name within the same server uptime.

And yes, they did not get the qualification feat after meeting the pre-requisites. I relogged, rested, and waited to another reset to relog and rest, and nothing had triggered being able to get the feat.
