A desk sits rather out of place near Arnborn in the eastern district markers seemingly dragged out of one of the nearby houses. Behind the desk sits the doctor Halsey Hayes often busily reading, writing, or drawing his surroundings. His ears are stuffed with makeshift earplugs made of handkerchiefs and is often visibly irritated by any loud commotion. That being said, he is often happy to make conversation with any who approach him.
