Paladin Spells not working with Master Alchemist elixirs

Hello,
finally i RCR my paladin cavalier into a divinate Master Alchemist. Of course with the hope to brew some of the nice custom paladin spells.
I am disappointed to find out that none of them seem to work aside of Revenant spell...
Is this intended or not? If intended i have to RCR again.
A programmer told me a few months back all would be fine with Paladin custom elixirs as MasterAlchemist.
