Not sure is this has already been suggested before but Ill bring it up anyway. Would be awesome if the Blood magus could summon a Blood Elemental. Found a mod for tinting the Water Elementals. It doesn't need to be powerful in any way... Just a great RP enhancer for us Blood mages :p

and would likely be a full auto approve pvp if seen with one from any pc and npc to attack it (as summons don't need consent) and you ( for the sake that a BM is pretty much auto attack per laws )

why a Blood Elemental why not something else that dosent kill you?

Pretty much the whole concept of the Blood Magus is forbidden officially around the lands of Baldurs Gate either way. This suggestion is meant to further the role-play aspects of being a Blood Mage hence its abilities is prone to the same crude judgement as any other Blood mage ability either way. Blood Magic isn't made for the public. Usually it's used in the shadows. Either way, this addition is meant to further the possibilities to embody the Blood Mage abilities and the role-play aspects that come with it.

A Blood Elemental would make an excellent addition to any Blood Rites and Sacrifices that is being made.

I like the idea.

But wouldnt it be easier to implement it as named creature and summon it with planar binding spells?

Your and your coven could get a DM quest to aquire the name or severel of blood elementals or other blood creatures.

Maybe the spell "extract water elemental" can be changed to extract a blood elemental for blood mages?
