A tall man with dark hair can be seen next to the gate of the Friendly Arm's Inn, with a desk and a chair, displaying various items on the table. Just next to the first item there's a book explaining what can be found and what are the items' properties.

"Everyone! Come to see the wares i collected and received as presents from the merchants i have guarded during my travels on the coast and the Spine of the World.

You can place a bid, make a gold offer or propose a trade for what you want to purchase!

A hooded elf, small and wiry investigate the mans wares silently. Her gaze and fingers run often across the blade humming with electricity. After a few attempts and what seems like a lifetime of contemplation she speaks; "How about ten thousand gold pieces for this blade?" ((longsword of Electricity +3))

"Well met, i am sorry but that sword was already promised to another, i am awaiting for him to pick it up."

"Anyway i have this new weapon i just found that has the same magical properties" Shows him a warhammer with the head surrounded by occasional shocks of electricity. "This may be yours for 20 bags of gold, that's the same price i would have asked for the sword. Let me know if you're interested."
"Furhtermore i am adding this helm as well to the list of items" Shows him a powerfully enchanted helm "It can save your life from the worst enemies... but the price is higher than the hammer." "Or if you're after a good sword i am willing to sell these two scimitars as well" Puts on the desk a Viper scimitar and another very powerful one "We may obviously discuss he price"

"I have no use for a hammer" She states bluntly. The scimitars are beautiful, what is the price?

“The starting price for the Sylvan scimitar is around 160 bags of gold, for the Viper one I expect no less than 60 bags.”

"The elf sighs and nods a slight gesture of farewell. She then dissapears into the traffic of the tradeway"

*A wood elf with dark curly hair would approach the stall, taking a moment to regard the wares. His gaze would settle on a particular belt for a brief moment* A most peculiar belt this one, what would you demand in gold for it I wonder? *He would arch an eyebrow as he states the question*

*looking the elf in the eyes while speaking* "I am looking for a particular belt to trade for it, is called Raumathar's or something similar, it's known to be very useful for spellcasters. Or you can make me an offer in gold, how much do you think it would be worth?"

[Kaeldre]

*The elf would strike a pensive pose for a moment, considering the traders words* I cannot say I know of any such item, thus a trade in gold would suit my purposes better I think. How about 100 bags of gold for the belt?

“I am afraid that won’t be enough for this belt. I would prefer to trade it for something good like that belt for mages. If I have to sell it for gold I will need a good amount that may help me buying what I want. So, I think a fair price may be around 400 bags of gold. Let me know if you want to negotiate a deal.”

[Kaeldre]

Hm, 400 bags you say. It be a little steep fore the sole item I think. I could press my bargain up to 300 bags, but beyond that point further bargaining is tough.

"I say let's meet at the middle point. 350 bags and the belt will be yours. What do you think?"

[Kaeldre]

*The elven male would offer a slow nod, almost as if still thinking through the proposal as he gives a reply* Very well, consider it is a deal struck. I shall return to Baladur's Gate to retrieve the gold we agreed upon, thus I shall take my leave and return after two days travelling. Farewell for now merchant extraordinarie.

[Darker_Thought]

*A stranger dressed in onyx coloured robes walks up to the stall. A pungent smell of mahogany reaches your nostrils as she approaches*

I will meet that bid of 20.000 gold pieces, on that Warhammer. *nods*

When the elf comes back with the gold, the merchant passes him the belt and deletes it from the list.

While doing it he suddenly feels a pungent smell of mahogany and when he raises his eyes from the book he hears the stranger's bid.

"Well met stranger. 20 bags you say? Sure that's the price! Let me see the gold and the hammer will be yours"
