Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

anybody knwos where i can access this tool to create songs and stuff? Do i need a special item for it or is it somewhere in the tools? I've been trying to find it but wasn't succesful.

Not sure what you are after but there are TKL instruments at the merchant near the graveyard in the Eastern Farmlands . Which open up a song-making menu when equipped .
