1. Your skill list isn't correct. You need to have Diplomacy 6 before taking first Thaum level.

2. You could drop in one more level of rogue at no loss of caster level. This would give you more skill points and potentially use of Uncanny Dodge at the cost of 2 HP.

3. Most people going 10 Hierophant prioritize getting the extra 3 cl. This is potent for dispel checks and also the Spell Resistance spell is improved. Additionally it would give you one more DC due to epic CL DC rules. It's primarily potent with Epic Spell Focus Conjuration and Storm of Vengeance.

4. Blast Infidel is most potent with Destruction or Suffering domains to give earlier access to Harm. In conjunction with quicken spell, allowing double harms per round.

As a final thought, a lot of Cleric Summoner builds don't go Hierophant at all. Rather Cleric/Thaum/Techsmith/Master Alchemist, or Cleric/Thaum/Techsmith/Rogue.
