Visual glitch to eyeball with spear equipped.

I'm getting a visual glitch with the eyeball on one of Xaltar's female aasimar heads. TlkEdit is telling me it's head 102:
The glitch occurs when a spear is equipped. I haven't found another weapon that brings on the same bug, but I haven't been able to try them all.
The model is P_HAF_Head02.
EDIT: Bounced this off some people. Trinital suggested this is the spear animation pulling on something it shouldn't, not any specific head.
