Spell Swaping for Warlocks

I've noticed the Djinni in the Nexus no longer offers Warlocks the option to Swap Spells. I'm not sure if it's bugged/disabled for other Classes (I couldn't find any post on this topic when I searched the forums). When I click on any Spell Level it tells me that I have no spells at this particular level. I was able to swap warlock spells using the Djinni over a month ago without incident so I'm not sure what changed.
