Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I recently made a rouge and I forgot to put points into slight of hand on creation but have since put points into it. My question is, how do I put it into my hotbed so I don't have to eight click everything I want to attempt to pickpocket? I can move other skills like set trap or taunt but not this one. Please don't tell me I have to remake the char just to have 1 skill on my hot bar

There is a reason for it. You don't need to remake, neither know what the reason is.

My rogue gets by with right-click -> sleight-of-hand. You can even do it on mobs while you're attacking them.
