Level 8 fighter bug

I just wanted to know why fighter level 8 doesnt gets armored efficiency feat as its stated on the wiki https://wiki.bgtscc.net/index.php?title ... Efficiency

Or at least it doesnt show on the feat list and the protection doesnt show

Unequip then re-equip your armour (heavy or medium). The feat is granted automatically to the relevant classes.
