Oppel Ridamon

For some reason, Oppel Ridamon on the Eastern Farmlands map either likes to hug the transition to BG East Gate or the transition to Wyrm's Crossing. Like other quest givers, he gives the auto-speech... but it's a bit weird how the NPC insist on hugging the transition. Maybe he can be put somewhere near Angus or nearer the graveyard itself.
