Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Going back to DMing my homebrew campaign, recently I have decided to focus on my fantasy mapmaking. This is probably my best one so far, it's also one of the earliest ones. I'll post others that I am working on when they are finished.

I'd appreciate any feedback, also if you have your own homebrew settings etc. that you would like to have maps like this, do tell me and I will try to come up with something based on your parameters.

I am working on a project that is supposed to reflect one of my characters IC map. I have referenced it on base 3.5 Faerun map, cropping our server setting. I was hoping perhaps the veterans of the server might help me fill it with annotations that are unique to our servers areas and lore.

An update on the Sword Coast map, I have changed my direction a little bit and ended up with this in the end. I am happy with it so far, but I am open to any feedback:
