hi my ingame name is devolger

had to buy th game in gog again because i downloaded a hakpack for singleplayer wrong and had to delete nwn2, i couldent install on the gog account were it was, because i got a new pc and had to register the account on my new pc, but i couldent , because my email account on msn got hacked, msn fixed it, so they needed information from me that the account is mine, thing is i forgot the security answers.
so i bought nwn2 for my othor gog account, i gave in the new serial keys for the game, but wenn i log in devolger i get booted, wenn i go in a other account name, i get in the bg server, i am betting booted from every nwn2 server i play in
