Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I got fined for casting a spells inside the FAI map as I stepped on the bridge to the outside. All I did inside the walls was resting and selling some items. I figured that some passive feats activate as some kind of spell upon rest (it was my first rest after logging in). It might have been the weapon supremacy feat causing this, as it usually activates after the first rest. Any fix for this issue to be expected?
