Would it be possible to add notes to people's characters and or Account names in the Scry? Or perhaps make an option where we can have Players accounts highlighted in different colors we can assign? My memory is pretty awful and some note-taking on other people's characters might be helpful as an IG tool.

Is it a matter of remembering things about player characters in particular? And not just 'recognition'?

If the former, would the in game Notes device allow you to remember things about characters encountered? I've used this in the past for recording conversations or quirks about specific characters.
Handy for writing observation reports on the fly in game.
Then when you finish and close the game down, you can pull up that information from the text file located in the installation directory.
