Expanding Domain Deity List

Is it possible we could potentially expand the domains to other deities, some of them feel under-represented. For example Undeath domain is exclusive to Drow. I'm not much of a lore buff though others are. But it would be nice if something like undeath which isn't necessarily specific to Drow be allowed by a more generic Evil deity so it can be utilized by surface Clerics and the like. I'm sure there are other domains that are locked behind a 'racial' deity that could use a more generic representation.

I'm looking at this more so for a mechanical option for characters while still trying to stay lore friendly.

Myrkul would be an obvious candidate for the undeath domain in particular. Jergal would work as well.

Yes, Myrkul in 3E does seem to have domain Undeath.
Edit: And seems he would be partial to that as he was a necromancer in his mortal life, unlike say his successor Kelemvor.

But speaking of expanding domains, it would be nice if domains for deities like Sune, Sharess and Hanali were added, namely Lust, Love, Pleasure...as anything specific to deities of Love and Pleasure seems to be missing completely while we have plenty of domains like suffering, tyranny, fury, hatred...

Myrkul gets Undeath domain, yup.

As for others mentioned: Lust and Love domains don't exist. Lust is only ever mentioned in some Dragon Magazine, that I've found. Pleasure does, exist, as it was added to Forgotten Realms by Player's Guide to Faerun book, however when making new domains I've opted with Charm being a better pick. *CoughPG13Cough*

For example Lust domain from Spell Compendium (2005)

LUST DOMAIN
Granted Power (Su): Once per day as a free action, you gain
an enhancement bonus to Charisma equal to your cleric level.
The power lasts for 1 round.
Lust Domain Spells
1 Charm Person: Makes one person your friend.
2 Invisibility: Subject is invisible for 1 minute/level or until
it attacks.
3 Clairaudience/Clairvoyance: See or hear at a distance
for 1 minute/level.
4 Planar Ally, LesserX: Exchange services with a 6 HD
extraplanar creature.
5 ScryingF

Pleasure domain from Book of Exalted Deeds (2003)

PLEASURE DOMAIN
Deities: Lastai.
Granted Power: You are immune to any effect that damages or
drains your Charisma.
Pleasure Domain Spells
1 Remove Fear: Suppresses fear or gives +4 on saves against
fear for one subject + one per four levels.
2 Lastai’s Caress M:Intense feelings of good leave evil subject
cowering, frightened, nauseated, or shaken.
3 Heart’s Ease: Removes fear, despair, confusion, insanity
and some mind-influencing effects; restores 2d4 points
of temporary Wisdom damage.
4 Remove Fatigue: Removes effects of fatigue as 8 hours of
rest.
5 Eagle’s Splendor, Mass: One subject/level gains +4 bonus
to Charisma for 1 minute/level.
6 Celestial Blood M: Grant energy resistance, +4 on saves

Also doesn't seem to breach PG 13 despite some of the names, now I'll admit I guess Lastai isn't from FR setting but seems to be from general DnD setting and I couldn't find one linked to FR, but could still be used, don't think it would breach lore at all, but that's just my opinion.
