Tough ol'Rager Dwarf DR Build

This weekend instead of having a life or even playing BGTSCC, I spent it trying to create a Damage Resistance build.
I was intererested in rolling a dwarf and was thinking, Monk, or Barb...
The problem that I hit, was that because it requires con, and three DR feats, it means sacrificing Str....which in turns hurts ones attach bonus. Which to me is a big no-no in this server.
I am not a fan of tank builds on this server either, so the challenge was to be able to have not horrible AC, decent damage output and over 13 DR.

This build by Blixen was pretty nice.

This is the one I came up with. I think it covers a much as possible. Tell me what you think you would do to improve it.

Anyone else come up with any good DR builds?

The other thing I noticed was that two of the three new male dwarf heads have a bug with their eyes when they wield a weapon. Anyone know when they are going to be fixed. I know any self respecting Barbarian or Battle Rager has bulging eyes when in battle buuuut...this bug just looks dumb.
Anyone report the dwarven eye bulging bug yet? - Any idea when/if there will be a fix?

if you are in Discord, perhaps we can discuss this in more details.

-barbarian - depends on frenzy, great damage, nice AB during rage, not very much item dependant

-monk - fast, good AC, decent damage with fire hands, good with monk ring/belt

I tried a couple like the monk build but with quarterstaff - as you said it's difficult to get a good strength score while also having 21 Con so the quarterstaff at least lets you get 2-handed strength on your flurries

For your build, which is marked as whirlwind frenzy I think, I am a little worried about your Will save. The trade off between Whirlwind and constitution rage is tough for sure.

On the other hand I wouldn't worry too much about missing epic rage. Mighty Rage +8 strength with a +3 item is +11, one away from the +12 cap. Since Epic Rage costs a feat, you could also spend that feat on Great Strength and end up in the same place under rage. I'm not saying Epic Rage is bad or high strength builds should avoid it, just that it's not the be all end all.

Some technical notes: build has 13 unspent points, 28 tumble and 7 UMD, both seem like they could be higher.

The barb build has steadfast determination for Wil saves.
And I did not distribute skill points on the build...or just enough to confirm I had the min required. I don't think barbs actually get tumble...have to confirm that. Skill pts will figure itself out.

But good point re the str point. I think it should do enough damage. Little worried about that.

With Steadfast taken into account your Will save will be 15 or 16 before spells and junk, and you don't have Spellcraft. You can mitigate this with equipment and stuff, but besides damage that's the thing I would be worried about.

So the Battle Rager class on this server gets a minus to an ability score which was a deal breaker for me.
So I had to make some changes to my build. I substituted BR with fighter levels for the feats and I think I came up with something pretty close.
I personally find it difficult to see dwarves as barbarians, and that is why I liked the Battle Rager class, as it helped tie Dwarf and Barb together a bit more lore wise.
Maybe its just me but I see Barbarians as strictly Conan types. That said, I am going to break that mold a bit with my Wandering Dwarven Warrior.
Hes a warrior, hes a barbarian, hes a berserker, yet he has tha traditional roots of a typical Dwarven fighter.

It does not have a lot of the bells and whistles of Battle Rager, but he has better use of UMD and I think I was able to squeeze in Fast Healing as well.
That is if the bonus feats that Barbarians get at level 10 and 20 include Epic Feats? Can someone Please confirm that it does- does it?
