Tenser's Transformation blocks spell effects from potions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cast Tenser's Transformation
2. Be injured and have status debuffs
3. Drink potion of Heal
4. No effect
Expected effect: injuries healed and status debuffs removed as per Heal's description.
The same thing applies to magical clickies, but one could argue ASF stops them from working and it'd make sense. It doesn't make sense for healing potions.
