Lower spellcraft required for Damnation

Damnation looks like a really cool epic spell. It is weaker than Vampiric Feast (24 ranks of spellcraft required aka level 21) but has much higher requirements (32 spellcraft aka level 29...).
I suggest lowering it to 24.

Melee touch attack to hit with a will save vs death that circumvents mind and death spell immunity (I used it on undead a fair bit to reasonable effect)
