Assassin DC

I was testing assassin in testing module and landing death attack paralyze enough to realize that if I could optimize the DC, it would be pretty incredible in game.
(Switching back and forth from walk unseen and hips allows many chances for death attack - either during manyshot or ptwf)
By general level breakdown, what DC should be more than 50% successful as in every other enemy I attack from stealth should result in paralysis?
I just want general baseline as 50% is somewhat high. Also aware that casters more likely to fail, while fighters most likely to succeed their dc save.

Level 20:
Level 25:
Level 30:
I would have to assume you need some way to offset the focus in intelligence that would allow you to push BAB in other ways. Fighter based builds sound most reasonable. But any other ideas here is helpful.
