Many Shot fix

First off thanks for NOT telling us about this.....
Secondly I would like to request anyone that was using builds that allowed us to get enough damage to actually play a sneak archer at close range like that get a FREE RCR on this. This affected my build adversely and quite frankly I am not happy about it.
This took away over 70 points in damage per hit from my build and since sneak attack only works at close range I would like to just give up on this build.

The only thing in the updates thread is below. I do not *THINK* anyone was purposefully messing with how manyshot works. Perhaps start with reporting the issue and then let's see if the developer can take a look and comment. Unless someone comes back and says "Yep, we made the change, here is why" then of course provide the concerns around such a change. However, for now best to assume it's perhaps not intentional. I checked on discord and Endelyon also indicated that the only thing she's aware of is Nimne introducing the automatic chat command.

maybe, I just searched for manyshot (silly me!)
Valefort would have to answer that
edit: Per Endelyon that comment from Valefort has to do with a new RTA spell, not manyshot. Manyshot script wasn't touched.

has this occurred in game or is it just an assumption based on the change log?
Confirmed the manyshot combat script wasn't touched and should be working exactly the same as it always has.

Modified : /trunk/bg_spell_laeria_starbolts.NSS
To clarify, this update note is not about Manyshot, but about the new spell Laeria's Starbolts. The only thing that has changed about Manyshot was actually a nice QOL feature, you can now Auto-Manyshot (don't have to click the button every round) by using the chat command:
>manyshot
Nothing about Manyshot damage has changed at all.
