Farmer Thorn: Not resetting weekly

After selecting that the rat in the field was dead as a Bluff, the quest never resetted after a week, can't do that quest anymore.

I don't think all quests reset weekly. I've never been able to do the rat quest more than one time on any character.

This particular quest does not reset weekly. It seems to be intentional design.

Strange, because i could repeat that quest weekly when i actually turned the rat in.
