Vault of the Dead level 3: I can't see anything or anyone

Greetings,
When I zone into level 3 of Vault of the Dead, I cannot see my character, nor see other characters, NPCs, chests, probably any decorative objects you can interact with, and I also cannot use transitions.
This has happened twice for me now, and it's not occurred in any other zone. Wondering what I should do to fix this.
