Colored Chat Text

Heya all,
I would like to suggest a PC tool which allows you to permanently set your "Say" chat text in a specific color, with the exception of emotes and ooc. This is a good way to give your character more flavour and greatly enchances readibility in conversations with many participants. I believe an item dialog similar to the new appearance changer would be suited well for picking the colors. Of course there should be only a sensible color palette available, meaning no colors that would not have a good contrast to the black chat window. This was a feature from another server I played on and I believe it would be appreciated by many players here. I know that this is also sort of possible right now with manual html tags and the client extension, but I rarely see anyone using is. Having this as a convenient permanent setting would be a great quality of life improvement.
