Barkeeps/Shop Vendors behind counters

Noticed a couple NPC tavern bar staff that stand behind counters, you can't actually talk to them, without having to move your character behind the bar with them.
Figured we could start a list here in this thread, such that when one of the area builders has the time, they can move their anchor points closer to the bar.
I imagine the same problem can be seen for some shop keepers too.
