FAI: Ulric is looking for a new Scimitar

Ulric is seen put up posters around the FAI and surrounds.
The hand writing is neat and functional without embellishment or any real artistry.
They read.
"Hello traders and treasure collectors. I am looking for new Scimitar.
A minimum enchant of the 3rd level if possible and some magic to punish the ones I do hit.
Gold or trades are an option I have access to few items if trade is preferable.
Let me know via Mudds or very the bar at the Inn.
