If you have levels in Ranger and Druid, do you continue spellcasting progression in both or you pick one?

I'm asking because it does not specify in wiki for cavestalker.

Also, if you have to pick one and you pick Ranger, as long as you have Druid wildshape, would wildshape progress as well?

Full caster progression only for rangers or druids

Above is what is stated on the BGTSCC Wiki page for the PrC. Stating “or” to me means just one Class gets caster progression.

Cavestalker only progresses Vermin Shape.

That may be what is stated, but I wanted to know if you know that to be the case, or whether you can actually progress both Ranger and Druid simultaneously with cavestalker.

The thought process is that is should since this PRC does not ask me what spellcasting I want to continue. I think it would be a nice feature were this to be true.

Running the outdated testing module does not give a complete picture since the wiki says your spellcasting progression will take effect after you relogin - which I cannot do from the module and the module does not recognize cavestalker as a class to progress either spellcasting (from Ranger and Druid)

It gives progression to the class with the most level automatically (between ranger and druid).

Thanks. I'm guessing it switches back and forth each login if you had more levels in one before you took cavestalker and then after you got more levels in the other class.

What if the levels are equal between ranger and druid?

Not exactly : if you already have one of the two spellcasting feats it does nothing, if you have equal ranger and druid levels it does nothing, else it gives the spellcasting progression feats to the class with more levels.
