Loot and Chests on server Crash

Today I was in the Dungeon, just killed the boss, I take the reward from the chest, they look like interesting.

Less than a minute the server crashed.

I lost all the loot!!!
But the worst is that, ten minutes later I killed again the Boss, opened the chests, but they are all on six hours cooldown!!!

This is not fair.

I agree. The 6 hour timer is often worse in the long run than the issue they are trying to curb. All chest should reset for you on a reset or crash. If the server is stable then you do not get to loot for 9 hours if not then you might get some extra loot but not likely.

This can be easily abused, really bad idea. Crashing the server is super easy.
